During my unexpected stay at Zeneva due to a maintenance issue at another hotel, I found unexpected serenity within its walls. The luxurious spa services offered a much-needed reprieve, with massage treatments that melted away the stresses of travel. The tranquil garden area provided a peaceful retreat, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the bustling city center.Additionally, the hotel's recreational center, complete with swimming pools, offered a refreshing escape. The business facilities, including a work desk and a photocopy machine, catered to my professional needs seamlessly. The seamless internet connection allowed me to stay connected effortlessly, while the option for complimentary pickup services made my arrival and departure hassle-free.The spacious lux apartment, a pleasant upgrade, provided a comfortable sanctuary. The central location made exploring the city convenient, and the welcoming staff ensured a pleasant stay throughout. While I cannot comment on the originally booked hotel, Zeneva's peaceful ambiance and rejuvenating amenities truly made my impromptu stay a delightful experience.
